Fredrik grew up in Uddevalla but is now based and working in Stockholm. He has been singing and composing music since childhood and has played both guitar and piano since he was 10 years old. The music Fredrik has written has been featured on CDs as well as in performances. In 2013, he released the Christmas single Santa's on the Way on Spotify, and in the fall of 2014, he released the mini-album Losing Gravity there as well. In 2019, it was time again, and this time the single It Shatters Like Glass was released with the heavy metal band Elusive End. Fredrik’s musical experiences range from everything between romantic songs and hard rock bands, to musical roles, a Sinatra-style piano duo, and choir singing for artists like Laleh.

Fredrik is an accomplished vocal coach with a degree from the University of Gothenburg’s School of Music and Drama. He has studied and taught Speech Level Singing Technique for many years and has several other methods for singing and teaching in his repertoire. Since 2013, he has furthered his education in singing and pedagogy under renowned vocal coaches Seth Riggs, Greg Enriquez and Tyler Wysong.

Fredrik has worked as a vocal and music educator at various music schools and artistic music programs, and has taught members from groups such as Dead by April, Youngblood, and JTR. He has coached many musical theater performers and lectured in vocal methodology at the Gothenburg School of Music. Since 2011, Fredrik has been running his own music education business, More than Music.
